Hello! I’d suggest checking out the lol mmr checker provided on AgataSmurf. It gives a much clearer idea than Riot’s own system, since Riot doesn’t openly share how MMR is calculated. What’s great is that this checker evaluates not only wins and losses but also other key stats like kills, deaths, game length, and objectives taken. That combination offers a fair approximation of your hidden MMR. It’s not 100% official, but it lines up surprisingly well with the matchmaking you encounter. I noticed it helped me see progress even when my LP gains were uneven. Knowing this motivated me to focus on consistency and team play rather than stressing about small LP changes.
