I have run this stretch, but it was many years ago. One option is to put-in on the Lee River where it passes beneath Skunk Hollow Road in Jericho. There is a pull-off there for your car, and a fisherman's (overgrown) path down to the river. The first 0.2 miles to the confluence with the Browns will be scratchy, and in the summer months the rest of the trip to Westford may require wading here and there as well. It passes beneath Rt 15 once, south of Jericho, but this is probably not a good launch spot (lack of parking). It passes under VT128 once and also under Pettingill Rd., and in theory you could put-in at either of those bridges. The prettiest, most secluded stretch is from Pettingill Rd. to Westford as I recall. Take-out on river right before passing under VT 128 in Westford, where there is parking. I only recall one short easy rapid in this entire stretch, but as always be wary of strainers in the current.
