Both the EB Pemi and Upper Saco are a titch under 600 cfs as of Friday 8pm, both rising. My preference for Saturday is Upper Saco, a class III-IV pristine mountain stream in Crawford Notch that gets broader and shallower farther downstream near the takeout in Bartlett. We will leave behind some plastic down low, but I think the upper section will be worth it.
