The Missisquoi has a big drainage area up north, including a swing through Canada. The USGS online gauge at East Berkshire will give an idea of the flow above Sheldon Jct. We ran it in July 2002 when that gauge was reading 500 cfs, a couple days after a heavy rain. That day we called it medium low...

  2002-07-20 | 3.30 ft | 500 cfs |   trend: falling | medium low
  2002-07-18 | 7.50 ft | 4700 cfs |   trend: rising | medium-high

Today, 4/7/2021, the gauge is reading 1040 cfs: https://waterdata.usgs.gov/vt/nwis/uv?site_no=04293500
