West River Access Issues

The swirling controversy over curtailment of 2 day recreational releases from Ball Mountain Dam on the West River in Jamaica Vermont continues. At stake: Vermont's best attended and most celebrated annual paddling event.

Those who feel strongly about perpetuating the decades-old tradition of the spring and fall West River Weekends should send email (or better yet paper) letters to the offices and officials involved.
