subject Meet at Lower New Haven put-in at 1:00 pm

We might do the Upper New Haven (above Eagle Park) if the Lower is looking too big. It was at 688 cfs on the gauge at 9:30, and rising steeply. (The White was at ~3,300 at 9:30, and also rising rapidly.)
