Opening

The meeting was called to order by president James Raboin at 9:00pm at the Williston Federated Church in Williston with Will Bucossi as Secretary.

Newbiz

ACA Dues:
- It was unanimously decided that Rich should write a check for $200.00 for the VPCs 2006 ACA dues. This check to be mailed immediately

Bristol Pool Sessions:
- Stephanie Rossier from Lincoln offered to run the Bristol pool sessions. She recommended Wednesday nights and indicated the cost would be approximately $50.00/session and she didnt anticipate having attendance problems
- Stephanie also recommended we advertise the sessions to get a better turnout. Maybe Public Access Television?
- The board requested a Business Plan. Both John Pandolfo (sitting in) and James agreed to provide a template.
- Stephanie also indicated John Barrows could organize next year in her absence.


Vote on 2006 UVM Pool Sessions:
- Dan reviewed the high points of his UVM Pool Session business plan. 90 min sessions w/lifeguard + janitorial fees should be approximately $100.00 depending on janitorial fees. Sessions will be: 1 in January, 2 in February and 4 in March and April. $10.00 per person per session w/6 people per session needed to break even. If the session does not break even, Dan may ask for more money from people attending. No-Shows who pre-registered may be held accountable and asked for payment.
- The vote was unanimous, in favor of UVM pool sessions as outlined by Dan.
- Dan/Will/Norm to post flyers around town
- The board also approved paying $305.00 to UVM as down payment for the first 4 sessions as well as $20.00 to Dan Beideck for UVM insurance. Dan was given both checks

Follow-up January Meeting:
- Meeting to be held January 25th at James house in St Albans. James to provide time and directions.
