Welcome to the newest interactive section of the VPC website! Here
you'll find basic information about the navigable river reaches in
Vermont and neighboring states, plus detailed 'Boater Notes' submitted
by other Almanac users. We invite you to post your own 'Boater Notes'
for the benefit of others, highlighting play spots, gauge correlations,
current river conditions, access issues, etc.
You make also take a sneak peek at the newest (2012) VPC online rivers
mapping/blogging app here, code named: Geo.
To begin using the Rivers Almanac, click on any county or state/province on the map
at left for a listing of rivers in that area. Or, use the pulldown menu to
sort by class or name.
Click on a river's name to view (or add) Boater Notes.
