subject The remnants of Tropical Storm Nestor

Apparently the associated rain has stayed inland instead of heading out to sea through southern New England as originally forecast. It looks like we'll be getting a significant dousing today and tonight. Another 0.5 inches or more is supposed to arrive on Tuesday.
