subject Meet in Montpelier at 9am

Hey Chris, looks like a release is scheduled from 6-9am... so best guess is that we would have water from 10am-1pm.

How about we meet at the Dog River Rd. Park'n'Ride in Montpelier off of exit 8 of 89 at 9am?
