In theory, I could get the day off Friday 7/12 for a 3 day/2 night canoe trip on the Batiscan in PQ. Depending on the size of the group, we probably need 2 tandem canoes to carry all the food and gear. Folks who want to kayak can do so, but not if they expect to bring a ton of gear. I can check on the train schedule to be sure they still run a train north at ~noon on Fridays, which is the way we get to the put-in. It requires meeting super early Friday morning at one of the I89 park and rides, in order to set shuttle ahead of the noon-time train.

I think I wrote a trip report a few years back, after our first VPC Battiscan R. trip. I'll search for the link.
