The so-called "Green Wave" is in and looking good this afternoon, with a prime flow of 3,740 cfs on the Winooski's Essex gauge.
If you're not familiar with it, it's across from the Waterworks atrium of the Champlain Mill, on the Winooski side of the river. You can get a good overview of it from the RiverWalk at the east end of the Mill. The adjacent eddy is huge, so you have plenty of space to eddy out and paddle back up to the wave.
