I got quite a bit of cutting downstream of Bristol Rock yesterday, but had to leave most of the pieces in the river. With a flow of 64 cfs and dropping it wasn't going anywhere. I'd like to get as much of it onto the bank as possible.
I'm heading down again to cut a few logs at the upstream end of the island rapid, across from the Lathrop lumber mill on South Street. (They're in danger of obstructing the entrance to the far right channel, normally our preferred line.)
