There is a decent likelihood that it will be at a medium low level by mid-afternoon. As of 10:30 am it's at 1,040 cfs (see the USGS gauge), which is runnable but boney in the wide sections. I'm betting it will get to at least 1,200 cfs, which will be substantially better. 1,500 is actually quite fun, with dozens of small surfable features.
