subject Quietwater Gauges

This should probably be in the Quietwater tab, but I didn't think anyone would see it! Does anyone know if there is a resource for relating gauge information to canoeing flatwater river sections? This question comes up for me when planning overnight canoe trips along the upper Connecticut, Lamoille, Missisquoi, etc. I don't want to be scraping fiberglass across the river bottom all day.
