subject Whitewater on Wednesday?

There is quite a large rain shield moving across Vermont, with more still in New York. The forecast amounts I've seen range from 0.25 to 0.5 inches, but there might be greater local amounts, plus some snowmelt from upper elevations (and of course little uptake by vegetation).
