The only significant response was in the Connecticut and Merrimack River basins. The White crested at ~1,600 cfs, the Wells went over 1,200, and the EB Pemi approached 3,000.

The Mad and the New Haven didn't even reach 100 cfs.

At least its clear that vegetation isn't sucking up much water now. We just need to get water in the right places.
