The USGS gauge was reporting 327 cfs (3.33 feet) at 12:30 pm today, but when I visited the put-in at about that time it looked like it was over 400 cfs, maybe even close to 500.

I wonder if the two high water events of the past weekend (close to or above flood stage) affected the pool where the gauge operates. I actually visited that location today. If the high flows scoured gravel from the bottom and flushed it over the low-head dam then the flow model may need to be recalibrated.
