subject Playboaters, the Green Wave is *in*...

I'm talking about the wave that develops downstream of Winooski Falls when the flow is between ~3,000 cfs and 4,200 cfs. It is looking good today, and is quite likely to be good tomorrow as well, given the incoming rain visible on radar.
