The fourth annual Onion River Race and Ramble, the largest downriver race in Vermont,
is fast approaching!

The event is part of the New England Canoe and Kayak Racing Association's (NECKRA) Downriver Point Series and attracts serious racers as well as river ramblers, their families and friends.

The fee is $25 per person ($15 for youth) if you register by May 29th. Fees go up as the event approaches and online registration closes on June 2nd.

After the race, participants are invited to a light lunch provided by the Richmond Grange (included in fee) with additional food for sale by Cub Scouts, and music by the Friends' own Colin McCaffrey.

Brought to you by the Friends of the Winooski, with support from the Beacon Light Grange #557, Cub Scout Troop 646, Concept2, Vermont River Conservancy, VermontSUP.com, Outdoor Gear Exchange, and Seventh Generation, as well as our 2017 shuttle providers, Umiak Outfitters and Clearwater Sports.
