See these Google Maps directions. The starting point is on Main Street in downtown Burlington, but just get on I-89 South, take the Bethel exit (Exit 3), and head west on Route 107. The takeout is a large gravel turnout with the parking area marked off by boulders. You can see it on Google's satellite view.
