subject LNH scheduled trip

The scheduled VPC trip on the Lower New Haven is not likely. There will not be enough water to paddle the LNH unless something big happens with Rain this afternoon and evening.  I will run a Mad trip if we have enough water. I will re post tomorrow morning.
