I am thinking meet at the NBL take-out at 11:30am. If there's too much water the NBW isn't that far away (east to Morrisville then south to Worcester). Meet at 44.7056041, -72.7600659. 129 Montgomery Rd., north of Waterville, VT (across the covered bridge where the painted gauge is located).
