See this NWS posting by Intellicast:

* From Thursday morning through Friday night.

* Minor to locally moderate flooding is possible across the region
due to increased runoff from snow melt and widespread rainfall
amounts in excess of one inch. Basins with the highest flood
threat are the Ausable, Otter Creek, Winooski and Mad Rivers
where river crests above flood stage are likely Friday.
