subject Lower New Haven is *in* and rising fast...

See the USGS gauge. The Mad is at 535 cfs (at 11 am) and also rising quickly. The Upper Mad is likely to be in this afternoon.

Lamoille watershed:  The East Georgia gauge is at 3,260 cfs and rising steeply. The Gihon and NBL should be in, and maybe even high by now.
