subject Upcoming rain (and flood watch)

The forecast keeps changing, but for Burlington I've seen a total of as much as 2.5" through Friday, with the heaviest rain coming on Thursday.

There is a flood watch posted for eastern New York and western New England. The latter seems to mean southern Vermont down into Massachusetts. The watch doesn't come up Burlington when I check Intellicast.
