I haven't looked up the 2017 date yet (likely Saturday October 14) for the sweet North Branch P'cat release/drawdown, but I am already thinking we should be there, and reserve a campsite in a park nearby. Pawtuckaway State Park looks spectacular, and it is an easy drive < 1 hour from the take-out. http://www.nhstateparks.org/visit/state-parks/Pawtuckaway-state-park.aspx (Pawtuckaway State Park). Camp Friday and Saturday nights... Flatwater boating options, hiking/biking trails, etc. Hopefully this year they will have a bit more water in the P'cat than in 2016. Another option would be Keyser Pond (private) Campground, good reviews on TripAdvisor, a shorter drive from Burlington, and just 15-20 minutes from the take-out.
